The team at Spiral Hardware Ltd enjoys rewarding our customers with large discounts on larger orders and repeat trade business. We have therefore established a discount structure for individual orders, setting thresholds for repeat trade customers regardless of the order value. The following discount structure rules apply:-

 

Single Order Discounts

 

As the administration and associated costs with larger orders does not greatly differ from that of small product orders, an increasing discount structure is automatically applied based upon the individual order value (please refer to graph above). These maximum discounts apply regardless of the order being for the trade or domestic end user. Whilst ordering our products online, your order selection will highlight the current maximum discount available on your order, along with the additional value required to bring your order up to the next discount level. You do not require a customer account for these discounts to apply.

 

Repeat Trade Discounts

 

Spiral Hardware Ltd also likes to reward our repeat trade customers with large discounts, with the additional flexibility of obtaining a secured discount regardless of order value and size. There are two bands of continuous trade discounts (please refer to the graph above). Once a trade customer has exceeded the associated annual order levels, these fixed discounts will apply until such time when the annual order levels have dropped below the required values. If ordering over our website, we recommend that a customer account is compiled prior to your first order. These discounts will then automatically apply once the thresholds have been established (you will not be penalised if you order by telephone or fax!).

 

General Discount Information

 

It is important to note that whilst most of our products can accept up to the maximum 30% discount available, that occasionally the margins on any given product are not large enough to commercially apply such a discount. The individual products highlighted within our website, also indicate the maximum discount that can be applied to that product (i.e. you may be entitled to a maximum discount of 20%, however if you have ordered a product that can only accept a 15% discount, then a 15% discount will be applied to that products cost).
