By their very nature frameless glass showers are NOT 100% watertight, small leaks will occur depending on the quality of the install (how seals are joined / silicone application etc) and the choice of hinges. If detailed by us we will choose hardware we believe gives the most robust solution possible but we cannot guarantee it will not leak, please see our design considerations before making your purchase.


Care and Maintenance

All stainless steel products will require protection and correct maintenance throughout life or surface discolouration can occur, we recommend use of Tygris cleaner/protector spray or equivalent. In many cases what appears to be corrosion is merely chemical build up and staining, see below images of a stainless steel bracket with this exact issue then scraped with a knife blade.

When determining whether a door design is suitable for the hinges being used, and ensuring that the hinges are capable of carrying the load, there are several factors that should be considered

Breaking toughened glass

Although very strong the weak points of toughened glass are the edges and primarily the corners, therefore any glass that breaks will have received a solid impact to either of these points this includes installing directly down on a hard surface i.e. hard floor or channel without packing.

  • Is ordering on your website safe?

    Yes. Our online order system uses SSL technology to encrypt your sensitive data when you send it to us. To verify that the website is secure when you submit your payment details, lookout for the padlock symbol in the address bar or in the bottom right of your browser. For extra security, we do not store your card details once your payment has been taken, as a result you will need to enter your card details every time you shop online with us.

  • Do you accept American Express for payment?

    No. Unfortunately we do not accept payment on American Express cards. We do accept most major credit / debit cards.If you require a pro-forma invoice to pay by BACS, please contact us.

  • How will my order be delivered?

    Hardware orders will be delivered using a third-party courier. If you miss the delivery, the goods will either be left in a safe location or you will be left a card — you must then contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    Hardware orders will typically be despatched (Monday to Friday if ordered before 12pm) on a next working day delivery service. Please note, however, that we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. Unless Saturday delivery has been chosen during the checkout process, orders placed on a Friday (before 12pm) will be delivered at the earliest on Monday.   • How do I return an item?

    Please refer to our refund policy in our Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on bespoke glass and any 'damaged in transit' claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt for us to be able to notify the courier with photographic evidence. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims outside this time period.

  • Do you deliver outside of the UK?

    Sorry we are NOT able to deliver  outside of the UK.
